Your place in our story

As aWarranty Technicianyoullsupport the warranty team to ensure all warrantable items are completed promptly for our homeowners. This role involves contributing to exceptional customer experience delivering on schedule and upholding Mintos core values. It includesidentifyingdeficiencies assessing and completing repairsin a timely manner.

Heres how youll contribute

Customer Experience & Communication:

Engage with homeowners professionally to provide a positive service experience.
Clearly explain repair processes and timelines.
Seek opportunities to exceed homeowner expectations during service visits.

Warranty Repairs & Inspections:

Assess document and complete warranty-related repairs promptly.
Perform finishing carpentry drywall repairs insulation and general construction fixes.
Conduct both interior and exterior repairs including:
Interior:Windows doors frames baseboards wood flooring carpets tiles grout cabinetry drywall and painting.
Exterior:Roofing decking foundation walls siding brickwork and waterproofing.
Install bathroom accessories and conduct minor electrical and plumbing fixture repairs as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after service visits.

Operational Excellence:

UseNewstarWeb software to track work orders and document daily notes.
Report completed and outstanding warranty items to the Warranty Manager/Coordinator.
Identifyand escalate quality concerns or recurring workmanship issues.

High School Diploma is an asset.
Minimum of two years of relevant work experience; on-the-job training is essential.
Computer skills are an asset.
General knowledge of residential construction repairs.
Strong communicationskills (listening verbal and written).
Independent worker.
Dependable and reliable.
Team player.
Flexible to move to different projects and jobs.
Attention to detail.
Bilingualism is an asset.
Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle arerequired.

Pay Range: $27-$32
