POSITION SUMMARY

Hotel Cala di Volpe nestled in the heart of the stunning Costa Smeralda is renowned for its breathtaking views luxurious amenities and unparalleled service.

Cervo Hotel Costa Smeralda Resort is the heart and soul of Costa Smeraldas village Porto Cervo.

Youll work in a beautiful and inspiring environment gaining invaluable experience and learning from some of the most renowned professionals in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Take room service orders over the phone. Answer questions on menu selections and communicate relevant information to the kitchen staff. Place and log call back for room service order. Notify guests and management of delays in service delivery. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Complete all closing reports including MICROS reports. Process all payment methods. Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beveragesComplete closing duties including restocking items turning off lights etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

High proficiency in English and Italian. Additional languages are a plus;

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service;

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
