Role Overview
Recruitlytics is hiring a quality-driven Administrative Processing & Client Support Specialist to support client communication case documentation and internal task flow. This role requires strong operational discipline accuracy and a consistent professional writing style.
You will ensure that requests are properly documented progress is tracked correctly and clients receive clear updates aligned with service standards.
Daily Tasks & Accountabilities
Review inbound client requests and confirm required information is available before processing
Document each case in internal systems while maintaining clean formatting standards
Provide written responses that are structured professional and aligned with service expectations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completion timelines are met
Maintain operational documentation file structure and record quality for reporting and audit readiness
Support reporting tasks such as processing logs weekly trackers and performance summaries
Identify inconsistencies flag risk items and escalate appropriately
Assist with administrative workflows such as scheduling documentation updates and record validation
Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting process gaps and recurring errors
Requirements
Strong professional communication skills (German and/or English)
High attention to detail and process discipline
Confidence working with structured systems and documentation workflows
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
Experience in operations support admin processing or service coordination is preferred
