Position Summary
The Manager Cyber Programs is a technical cybersecurity professional focused on tactical outcomes that support operational and strategic requirements. The Manager of Cyber Programs is responsible for facilitating intelligence-driven defense strategies and identifying systemic cyber risks that could impact critical infrastructure and financial stability. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in cyber operations with strong relationship-building and communication skills to translate technical analysis into actionable insights for both cyber experts and business leaders.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of adversary TTPs kill chain models and attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK Cyber Kill Chain Diamond Model etc.).
Proven experience providing cyber threat intelligence in complex environments.
Demonstrated expertise in threat hunting methodologies tools and techniques.
Experience developing metrics and KPIs to measure security posture effectiveness and program maturity.
Direct experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) SIEM solutions EDR/XDR platforms.
Integrates intelligence to enhance early warning and situational awareness.
Contributes to the organizations understanding of cyber risks with systemic implications.
Excellent communication skills with ability to brief both technical and executive audiences.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree (or higher) in Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience 8 years in cybersecurity operations including significant time in threat intelligence security operations center (SOC) and/or threat hunting/detection roles.
Proven ability to analyze complex technical data and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance required.
