SUMMARY OF PRIMARY FUNCTION
TheCustomerSolutions & ExportManagerwilllead the customer solutions team ensuring efficientandaccuratetransactions across the Order-To-Cash process that result inapositiveoverallcustomer experience.Additionally they will be responsible for the management oftheexport complianceprogramincluding process ownership licensingdocumentationand risk mitigation.They will create direct relationships with keynationalaccountslead and collaborate cross-functionallytodeliverbusiness commitments and customer expectations. They willdemonstratecustomer obsessionby driving resultsand resolving customer issueswith a sense of urgency providing clear direction andownership thru to completion; enhancing the overall customer experience.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead theCustomerSolution Specialistteam to ensure efficient andaccuratetransactions across the Order-To-Cash process
Ensuretimelyandaccuratetransaction including but not limited to order entry activities for spare / repair parts equipment credits rebills RMAs
Identifytransactional improvement opportunities planningand execution ofprocess improvement projects that reduce friction across the Order-To-Cashprocess and improve overall efficiency and customersatisfaction
Positive and proactive cross-functional collaboration across functional areas as part of core business activities customerescalationsand special projects.
Supervise and manage the performance of team members including recruitmenttrainingandtalentdevelopment
Foster teamwork within the department to support the overall success of Fluid Management and customer satisfaction; communication and cross training
Manage compliance and ensure adherence to corporate policiesproceduresand regulatory requirements.
Management of Fluid Managementsexport compliance program including process ownership licensingdocumentationand risk mitigation.
Timely andaccuratecreation of commercial invoices packing listShippers Letter of Instructionmaintainingand storage of documentation
Responsible for ensuring thatdiversion statements are included on export documentation and that all documents follow U.S. regulations and meet the end destination countrys requirements
Correspond with domestic and foreign subsidiaries to ensure they understand U.S. laws
Work withsupplychain tomaintainCertificate ofOriginand Free Trade Agreement documentation from suppliers.
Corporate main point of contact for Trade ComplianceregardingImports and Exports
Oversee activities with U.S. Brokers and freight forwarders including auditing and verification of commercial invoices andexpediteclearance of shipments that have been delayed by U.S. Customs
Responsible forassistingCorporate Trade Compliance mangers with internal audits and wellness checks of all international trade compliance procedures and documentation
Own thereporting andimpact ofservice quality metrics (escalations customer satisfaction and departmentKey Performance Indicators)astheyrelatetocompany-wide goals
Responsible for the freight quoting process for both domestic and international shipments

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor degree in businessor related field
5 years of progressive experience incustomer serviceincluding people management
2years experience withExport-ImportControlCustomsand/or regulatory compliance.
Provenexperience managing and developing non-exempt employees including scheduling performance management and compliance with labor regulations.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $78200.00 - $117200.00 depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.Benefits Package
