Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

We are sourcing for Full-time Bi-Lingual Receptionist / Admin Assistant in the Soperton Ga area.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

  • Managing the front desk reception area greeting clients answering phones directing calls to appropriate extensions and replenishing supplies.
  • Preparation of daily outgoing mail daily trips to post office or bank as needed.
  • Small errands when necessary
  • maintaining company calendar
  • Support the HR department with various data entry tasks
  • Maintain filing system as needed
  • Assist in a variety of administrative tasks including receiver documents material certs copying scanning faxing and taking notes.
  • Performing as necessary administrative duties including but not limited to assisting in company events projects customer visits and other activities that may arise.
  • Maintaining coffee and snacks for conference room

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Punctual
  • Prior experience in a front desk/receptionist role
  • Prior experience supporting data entry tasks
  • Applicants must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Applicants are preferred to have had at least 1 years experience
  • Applicants must be at least 18
  • Applicants must hold a Regular valid driving license
  • Applicants must have dependable transportation
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English is a must.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
