Temp To Full-Time
We are sourcing for Full-time Bi-Lingual Receptionist / Admin Assistant in the Soperton Ga area.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Managing the front desk reception area greeting clients answering phones directing calls to appropriate extensions and replenishing supplies.
- Preparation of daily outgoing mail daily trips to post office or bank as needed.
- Small errands when necessary
- maintaining company calendar
- Support the HR department with various data entry tasks
- Maintain filing system as needed
- Assist in a variety of administrative tasks including receiver documents material certs copying scanning faxing and taking notes.
- Performing as necessary administrative duties including but not limited to assisting in company events projects customer visits and other activities that may arise.
- Maintaining coffee and snacks for conference room
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual
- Prior experience in a front desk/receptionist role
- Prior experience supporting data entry tasks
- Applicants must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants are preferred to have had at least 1 years experience
- Applicants must be at least 18
- Applicants must hold a Regular valid driving license
- Applicants must have dependable transportation
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English is a must.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
