About the Role

As ourLead Tarmac Supervisor you will oversee the daily delivery of tarmac surfacing works across a variety of projects. TheLead Tarmac Supervisorwill ensure all site operations run smoothly safely and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all tarmac surfacing operations on site as theLead Tarmac Supervisor
Carry out high-quality hand lay and machine lay operations
Build and manage your own team including:
- Paver Drivers
- Screwmen
- Roller Drivers
- Rake Hands
- Labourers
Coordinate labour plant and materials
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
Deliver projects on time within specification and to company quality standards
Liaise with site managers clients and colleagues as the mainLead Tarmac Supervisor

What Were Looking For

SSSTS Roller Ticket & Paver Ticket
Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor /Lead Tarmac Supervisor
Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills
Ability to lead coach and develop a skilled surfacing team
Good communication and organisational skills
Proactive and safety-focused approach
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
