Job Summary

For Linklaters Office in Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Creative Design Intern role.

Purpose

This internship offers hands-on experience in producing high-quality brand-consistent marketing collateral supporting the team in meeting the firms visual identity standards and stakeholder expectations. You will learn to balance creativity with technical precision manage multiple projects under guidance and develop excellent customer service skills while collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities and challenges

  • Assist in creating and preparing artwork presentations and other materials under supervision.

  • Support bespoke design work by helping source or create custom elements as directed.

  • Support sourcing images for various graphic creation and updating companywide image library.

  • Work with the Creative and Marketing Hub team to support delivering creative assets for various business project.

  • Support reporting and tracking on the ongoing projects for agreed metrics.

  • Respond to design requests or feedback escalating complex queries to the Team Leader.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Your experience

  • Fluent spoken and written English (enabling writing running reports interpreting data for use with clients).

  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.

  • Prior professional experience would be an advantage preferably in an international business environment.

  • Portfolio of academic or personal design work is desirable.

  • Currently studying or recently completed degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field.

  • Good communicator - you will have proficient written and verbal English language skills. Be able to confidently present yourself to business teams colleagues.

  • Time management skills - able to manage conflicting priorities in a professional manner and work under pressure.

  • A can-do attitude - able to work effectively with a diverse range of teams personalities and seniorities across the organisation.

  • Good problem solver; able to offer practical and creative solutions.

Working hours

The core working hours are between 9:00- 5:15pm or 10:00 6.15pm

The Team

You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. Linklaters Global Solutions is a function delivering day-to-day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and providing analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders lawyers and partners globally.

BDM LGS is a diverse and highly skilled team of marketing business development data and operations professionals dedicated to supporting the wider BDM function in driving revenue growth nurturing our priority client relationships and strengthening the firms reputation. Our team works on initiatives ranging from pitch creation and marketing content management to market intelligence and data analytics creative design and event coordination.
