Risk & Internal Controls Intern Poznań

What youll be doing

• Supporting the performance of internal control effectiveness testing across various markets under the guidance of senior team members.
• Supporting control walkthroughs by preparing documentation gathering evidence and summarizing process descriptions.
• Participating in the preparation of internal reports presentations and dashboards.
• Helping maintain documentation repositories (e.g. Control Self-Assessment files testing folders Management Follow-Up updates).
• Supporting the review of Minimum Key Requirements compliance and followup on open items.
• Assisting in crossfunctional projects within Group Risk & Internal Controls including workshops meetings and training sessions.
• Providing administrative support to the team when needed (meeting scheduling notes followups).

We are looking for colleagues who:

• Enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English (spoken and written).
• Are proactive detailoriented and willing to learn internal control methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Show curiosity about finance risk management compliance or audit.
• Have a collaborative teamfocused attitude and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.
• Are organized responsible and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Are available for at least 20 hours per week.
