Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Rewards Consultant with 2.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Compensation and Variable Pay modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic compensation solutions that align with business goals and employee engagement strategies. This role requires strong functional knowledge configuration expertise and the ability to work closely with HR and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead or support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Configure compensation templates eligibility rules budgets guidelines and route maps.
Design and implement business rules and workflows for salary planning bonus programs and equity awards.
Collaborate with Employee Central and Performance Management teams to ensure seamless integration.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
Manage data uploads validation and compensation cycle execution.
Provide post-go-live support issue resolution and system enhancements.
Create functional specifications test scripts and user training materials.
Deliver training sessions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stay updated with SAP release features and apply best practices in configuration and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
SAP Certified Associate SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay (preferred).
Strong understanding of compensation planning processes and best practices.
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Compensation and/or Variable Pay.
Familiarity with SAP CPI Boomi or other middleware tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
