Were looking for a Senior Web3 Frontend Engineer (Lead) who enjoys building great interfaces leading others and helping customers succeed.
Tasks
What youll do
- Lead frontend architecture for complex Web3 applications (dashboards protocol UIs admin panels)
- Build interfaces for the next generation of financial applications - lending trading staking RWAs bridging stablecoins
- Own frontend delivery end-to-end: architecture implementation performance and quality
- Mentor and support other frontend engineers review code and set best practices
- Work closely with founders smart contract and backend engineers to turn deep tech into usable products
- Align directly with customers on scope timelines and delivery expectations
- Act as a reliable technical partner who helps teams move faster and avoid pitfalls
Requirements
What were looking for
- 3 years of frontend engineering experience
- Strong expertise in React / / TypeScript
- Hands-on Web3 experience (wallets signing flows contract interactions)
- Solid UX intuition for financial and DeFi products
- Experience leading frontend work mentoring engineers and owning delivery
- Familiarity with data-heavy UIs (indexers subgraphs real-time data)
- A builder mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers viem)
- Previous work experience with user-friendly high-converting DeFi products
