Coverage Dates Needed:

The site is looking for additional locums to help fill in holes in their schedule until about September/October of this year

Reason for Coverage: abrupt unexpected departure of a provider
100% Adult
100% Inpatient
Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10-20
Other Neurologists will be Present During Locums Assignment
2 Physicians in Group
3 Advanced Practice Providers in Your Group
Lab & X-Ray Onsite
Documentation System/EMR: Epic

REQUIRED DUTIES/PROCEDURES

Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)
Thrombolytic Therapy
EEG (Electroencephalogram
EMG (Electromyogram)
Brain Death Exam

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: as soon as possible

Travel Reimbursement Information:

Lodging: $150/night
All other bookings approve for standard/economy rates

Requirement description : MUST notate ALL during the name clear

Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active OH license - willing to accept IMLC - REQUIRED
Must indicate availability (earliest start date available through September or October 2026) - REQUIRED
ACLS - REQUIRED
A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : rotating weekday and weekend call
