Job Summary
Job Title: CT Technologist Nights (Traveler)
Location: Redding CA
Shift: Night Shift 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist (Traveler) for a night shift assignment in Redding CA. The ideal candidate will be CT-certified licensed in California and comfortable working independently during night hours. This role requires flexibility to perform both CT and X-ray procedures while collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities-
Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Conduct X-ray procedures as needed

Start and manage IVs for contrast administration

Ensure patient safety comfort and proper positioning during imaging procedures

Operate imaging equipment efficiently and accurately

Work independently during night shifts while maintaining excellent clinical judgment

Communicate and collaborate effectively with nursing staff radiologists and other departments

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory standards

Active California CT Technologist license

ARRT (CT) certification required

Proficiency in both CT and X-ray imaging

Strong IV insertion skills

Ability to work independently and handle night-shift responsibilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Traveler experience preferred
