- Translate client objectives into strategic creative and experiential solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior conceptualizers designers and creative teams.
- Develop comprehensive concept notes mood boards event narratives and show flows.
- Collaborate with production design and client servicing teams to ensure concept integrity in execution.
- Present creative ideas and strategies confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends audience engagement strategies and emerging technologies.
- Oversee the creative direction of stage design d cor entertainment and audience experience.
- Partner with leadership to drive creative excellence and innovation across projects.
