Meditech Required skills and minimum years of experience. 3 years min ICU experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS ACLS HI license NIH SS Cert (submit certification or take online 45 min class as part of orientation) Shift or schedule requirements. Must be flexible - Day or Night shift to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs. 3 12-hour shifts (36 hours) per week following first week of orientation. 2 12-hour call shifts per 4-week roster period. Floating to other units/departments. When needed may float out to other critical care and step-down units. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 11 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 2:1 Dress Code: Professional wear - Scrubs 1 week orientation up to 40 hours
