Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE WA LICENSE

MIN 1 YR EXP
First Time Traveler OK

Unit Details:
- breast imaging screening and diagnostic
- Monday thru Friday no weekends or Holidays open day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve
- Outpatient clinic
- Day off during the week varies based upon unit needs. need to be flexible- typically either a TUESDAY OR WENESDAY OFF during week .
- Medical Office Building on Campus

Certifications/Licenses: ARRT ARRT (M) BLS WA LIC
