Job Summary
This individual must have direct experience in heavy civil construction with a strong background in estimating matting projects and right-of-way (ROW) clearing work. Familiarity with utility support and civil infrastructure projects is essential.
Beyond technical experience we are looking for someone who is:
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong niche for accuracy and completeness
- Diligent and responsive especially in fast-paced bid environments
- Comfortable managing multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proactive in identifying scope gaps risk items and cost drivers
This role is critical to our operations so precision reliability and strong communication skills are non-negotiable.
