Position Overview: We are looking for Experienced Manufacturing Engineers with expertise in airplane subsystems production readiness and composite this role you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of our world-class aerospace products including advanced platforms for our Fighter Jet programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems.
Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
Support operations by streamlining processes improving quality and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in design reviews and lead manufacturability and assembly decisions.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
9 years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR 7 years of work-related experience with a Masters Degree OR work-related experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
B.S. or higher in Aerospace Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Composite Fabrication experience
Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
Experience with 3D model based instruction
Experience with any of the following: IVT CREO CATIA NX IPDM Teamcenter MES Gold PrimeR Aurora VisVSA DELMIA
VisMockup ProModel FlexSim 3D Printed Parts Moonshine Shop Maker Space ImDev ICIDO Multi-Monitor Collaborative Rooms Enterprise Standard Gated Process
