Job Description:

You will be an integral part of the ambitious Retail Public Sites modernization initiative to support our mission for investors
doing the right things for investors and telling clients story and offers in a way that is simple intuitive and delightful.
A strong candidate will leverage the opportunity to jump into highly visible workstreams that drive significant impact.

Responsibilities

Create world-class design solutions for a wide range of user business and marketing goals by supporting program-level work.
Create relevant deliverables including user flows wireframes high-fidelity design and prototypes partnering with strategists researchers writers and product managers.
Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work emphasizing the use of lean tools/techniques for rapid delivery of assignments
Analyze and synthesize data research insights and client feedback in order to make critical design decisions day to day.
Utilize design thinking principles to build engaging customer experiences and craft design with elegant simplicity.
Present design solutions to project teams partners and stakeholders. Ensures the success of the strategy and the ability to champion the best possible user experience.
Partner with IT project teams and ensure adherence to defined design and behaviors.
Coordinate with Project Managers on project schedules assignments and workflows.
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

2 years of experience creating web and/or product design experience
Strong wireframing and visual design skills in the context of component-based and responsive design practice
Proficiency in modern design tools such as Sketch Abstract InVision Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding in user-centered design principles and practices
Ability to proactively frame problems work toward the solution with others and defy conventional solutions if needed
Excellent communication skills (storytelling visualization) and the ability to get buy-in on those ideas within a large organization.
Proven ability to design-lead a project from concept to completion.
Expert at using data (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform design.
Online portfolio with recent work and/or case studies will be absolutely preferred
