In this highly visible and collaborative leadership role you will serve as the global Operations Finance partner to our Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD).
You will work at the intersection of manufacturing supply chain finance and strategy helping translate data into insight insight into action and action into measurable business performance.
With a strong data-driven and business-partner mindset you will provide financial leadership mentorship and challenge across the Operations organisationdriving productivity margin improvement and disciplined investment decisions. You will also lead and develop a globally distributed Operations Finance team shaping both performance and culture.
This role offers the opportunity to influence decisions at scale work closely with senior leaders across Operations Finance and the Business Units and help steer one of Thermo Fishers most critical and innovative divisions.
This role offers flexibility to be based at either our Brno Czech Republic or Bremen Germany location operating within a hybrid working model.
