What Youll Be Doing
Providing strategic sourcing and contract management support across North Americafor assigned category.
Develop negotiate and manage supplier agreements to ensure optimal value and compliance
Identify and drive process improvements in procurement and supplier performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and negotiate supply and service agreements that meet operational needs for price quality service and availability.
Support procurement systems and tools including SAP and Ariba to enhance efficiency
What Are We Looking For
Bachelors degree in a technical business financial or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement and contract management within manufacturing production or construction environments.
Professional accreditation in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
Strong understanding of procurement contract management and sourcing best practices
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects
Skilled in negotiation relationship building and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in SAP (ECC 6.0 MM module) Microsoft Office applications and Ariba platforms
Commitment to ethical sourcing and continuous improvement
Work Environment
This role is based in our Irving TX office and may require occasional travel. Youll work in a collaborative fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across North America.
