Who you are:

We are seeking a Key Account Executive to sell our Identity Security Solution.

  • Success building and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with 1 or 2 Fortune 50 accounts.

  • The primary point of contact for these key accounts ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Executive Global Account Manager or similar role

  • Experience utilizing the Challenger methodology to engage with C-level executives.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization especially C-suite executives.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization especially C-suite executives.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education (preferred not required):
Preferred but not required: Bachelors degree or global equivalent in an IT business or sales related field.

Travel:
Business travel of approximately 50 percent yearly is expected for this position.

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect SailPoints differing products industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary for US-based employees will be in this range from (min-mid-max USD):

$111350 - $187738.00

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employees home location.
