Job Summary
We are looking for a committed deadline-drivenBusiness Development Associateto join our dynamic sales and marketing team. You will support the manager by completing assigned tasks including conducting market research identifying business opportunities managing email campaigns generating sales leads making cold calls participating in meetings and assisting the Sales department as needed. You must be able to follow instructions and also work independently when required.
To succeed in this role you should be eager to learn about the company and able to identify opportunities others may have missed. Successful Associates are problem solvers who value building long-lasting professional relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the manager or assigned staff to complete all tasks.
- Develop tools and methods for desktop research and gather information through surveys or client and staff interactions.
- Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
- Research consumer opinions and marketing strategies suggesting adjustments as needed.
- Prepare marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms adjusting outreach tactics accordingly.
- Attend and participate in meetings workshops events and exhibitions.
- Liaise with clients vendors and suppliers on behalf of management.
- Update documents and sales records.
- Review sales performance against targets.
- Support sales processes and assist in negotiations.
- Identify weaknesses and suggest improvements.
- Keep detailed logs and present findings to staff and stakeholders.
- College diploma or MBA preferred.
- Degree in sales marketing business or similar may be required.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
