What Youll Do

As a key member of our laboratory team you will:

  • Perform a variety of nonclinical lab tests that support highstakes pharmaceutical studies.
  • Analyze specimens with accuracy and confidenceyour results matter.
  • Troubleshoot challenges validate assays and help refine our testing processes.
  • Keep our lab running smoothly with wellmaintained instruments and clean safe workspaces.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure studies stay on track and clients stay informed.
  • Contribute to new assay validations and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • ASCP certification (MT or MLT)required.
  • Bachelors degree and a 12-month Medical Technology training program OR a Bachelors in a chemical physical or biological science plus one year of training/experience in the testing specialty
    • Training must be equivalent to that of an accredited Medical Technology program

What Youll Be Doing DaytoDay

  • Run and verify laboratory tests.
  • Ensure sample integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform quality control and document results.
  • Maintain instruments and calibrations.
  • Enter data accurately with complete audit trails.
  • Uphold safety compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in proficiency testing and ongoing training.
  • Support assay validations and study teams.
