What Youll Do
As a key member of our laboratory team you will:
- Perform a variety of nonclinical lab tests that support highstakes pharmaceutical studies.
- Analyze specimens with accuracy and confidenceyour results matter.
- Troubleshoot challenges validate assays and help refine our testing processes.
- Keep our lab running smoothly with wellmaintained instruments and clean safe workspaces.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure studies stay on track and clients stay informed.
- Contribute to new assay validations and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- ASCP certification (MT or MLT)required.
- Bachelors degree and a 12-month Medical Technology training program OR a Bachelors in a chemical physical or biological science plus one year of training/experience in the testing specialty
- Training must be equivalent to that of an accredited Medical Technology program

What Youll Be Doing DaytoDay
- Run and verify laboratory tests.
- Ensure sample integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform quality control and document results.
- Maintain instruments and calibrations.
- Enter data accurately with complete audit trails.
- Uphold safety compliance and regulatory standards.
- Participate in proficiency testing and ongoing training.
- Support assay validations and study teams.
