Salary and Benefits
- Base salary range: $148627.20 to $168553.60
- $5000 annual company credit card for licensing DEA CE and equipment
- Access bonus of $12400/year (paid biweekly) for meeting 9-patient per clinic target
- Additional bonus potential up to $44000/year for higher patient volumes
- Sign-on/Retention (if partnership eligible): $25000 sign-on $12500 in year 2 $12500 in year 3
- Sign-on/Retention (if not partnership eligible): $12500 sign-on $6250 in year 2 $6250 in year 3
- $10000 relocation reimbursement
- Additional $10000 relocation for parent or in-law
- 29 days of paid time off (includes CME holidays sick time)
- Benefits begin the first of the month following start date

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient-only primary care services in a panel-based setting
- Manage a panel of patients with complex primary care needs
- Collaborate with a large care team including 2 MAs 0.7 RN per provider and virtual triage
- Utilize support services such as behavioral health telepsychiatry chiropractic and the Maven Project
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care meetings
- Full-time schedule with flexible options: 5x8 or 4x10 shifts
Requirements
- Active California PA license or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 3 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Candidates with rural ties and 2 years of strong experience will be considered
