What Youll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Record and report operational data accurately.
Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance.
What Are We Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial equipment.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
