Job Overview
The MERN Stack Developer will play a key role in building end-to-end web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. This role requires strong hands-on development skills collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB and .
Design and implement backend services and REST APIs.
Build responsive reusable React components and manage state effectively.
Work with SQL Server and MongoDB for backend data handling reporting and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
Ensure application performance quality security and responsiveness.
Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD deployments and production monitoring.
Skills & Experience
5 years of experience in MERN stack development.
Strong proficiency in and .
Experience with MongoDB and SQL Server (queries stored procedures indexing performance).
Solid understanding of JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern front-end practices.
Experience with API integration patterns error handling and security controls.
Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Experience with TypeScript modern tooling (Vite/Webpack) and testing frameworks.
