The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Pursuits Associate to join our MENA Pursuits Excellence team based in Pakistan Lebanon or Jordan within the Markets Enablement this role you will play a key part in supporting strategic and high-value pursuits across the MENA region. You will coordinate and execute pursuit activities partnering closely with client-facing teams to deliver winning proposals and impactful deal strategies.

You will help EY succeed in the marketplace by applying Gold Standard Pursuit Process (GSPP) principles using leading tools and ensuring disciplined collaborative execution across multidisciplinary teams.

Your key responsibilities

Support end-to-end pursuit activities from qualification to close ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Assist in developing and tracking pursuit project plans timelines workstreams interdependencies and milestones.
Facilitate strategy discussions and help shape win themes that address client needs while safeguarding EYs interests.
Prepare client-facing content including proposals executive summaries and presentations in collaboration with stakeholders.
Contribute to orals preparation and strategic messaging for client meetings and final presentations.
Maintain pursuit infrastructure using MS Teams trackers calendars and status updates.
Collaborate with creative services insights professionals and other internal resources to enhance proposal quality.
Capture lessons learned and contribute to refining EYs pursuit best practices and tools.
Apply AI-enabled proposal tools to improve efficiency and innovation.
Ensure alignment within pursuit teams keeping everyone informed and focused on the win strategy.
Build strong working relationships with Service Line Account and Business Development leaders.
Support the Deal Leader in maintaining internal updates governance checkpoints and leadership engagement.

Skills and attributes for success

Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Understanding of pursuit and/or business development processes.
Ability to influence teams constructively to ensure quality outputs and strategic alignment.
Comfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities.
Creative solutions-oriented and adept at leveraging tools and resources.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and senior leaders.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Ideally youll also

Have experience in proposal writing and communications preferably within professional services.
Be familiar with MENA region business culture and client expectations.
Possess business proficiency in Arabic (advantageous but not required).
