What youll be doing:
- Understand and participate in the design development and deployment of basic network configurations servers laptops and mobile devices for our end-users including client engagement team (CET) Technology Engineering (TE) Product Management Human Resources Finance and other support services teams.
- Set up and administrate configurations for anything relative to Office 365 OpenDNS Lansweeper Exchange and Active Directory.
- Create AP Help Desk Tickets and manage JIRA on the back end.
- Administrate Azure and Office365
- Support configurations deployment including software and hardware upgrades on all networking devices that appear in a network environment including routing protocols network security Wi-Fi and VoIP.
- Consistently check manufacturers guidance for upgrades.
- Always make recommendations to help improve overall IT functions and solutions for your designated areas.
- Support / administrate system backups
- Monitor AV/AM IDS and logging operations
- Maintain inventory control
