Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review draft and negotiate contracts ensuring adherence to legal terms and conditions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract strategies with company mission and vision.
Influence and build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
Manage IT-related contracts including:
- IT Services
- Hardware and Software procurement
- SaaS agreements
- Cloud services
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across IT procurement and contracting.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends; knowledge of AI-related contracts is a plus.
