Harborview - Maintenance has an outstanding opportunity for anElectrician.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Days 100% FTE
- 7am- 3:30PM Monday - Friday
- No Telework
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install maintain and repair electrical wiring panels circuits and related components for power and communication systems.
- Service and troubleshoot motors pumps fans appliances and other electrical equipment.
- Rebuild and refurbish motor parts including coils armatures and bearings.
- Inspect electrical and communication systems to identify and resolve faults.
- Maintain high-voltage transmission lines and transformers (up to 750 volts).
- Perform system modifications and upgrades as needed.
- Prepare cost estimates for electrical projects.
- Operate service vehicles and manage materials.
- Provide guidance to helpers; assist in other trades when required.
- Complete additional related tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship as an electrician; OR full journey status as an electrician in a union; OR four years applicable work experience.
- Vocational training may be substituted for work experience on a year-for-year basis. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operators license may be required.
