Harborview - Maintenance has an outstanding opportunity for anElectrician.


WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Days 100% FTE
  • 7am- 3:30PM Monday - Friday
  • No Telework

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install maintain and repair electrical wiring panels circuits and related components for power and communication systems.
  • Service and troubleshoot motors pumps fans appliances and other electrical equipment.
  • Rebuild and refurbish motor parts including coils armatures and bearings.
  • Inspect electrical and communication systems to identify and resolve faults.
  • Maintain high-voltage transmission lines and transformers (up to 750 volts).
  • Perform system modifications and upgrades as needed.
  • Prepare cost estimates for electrical projects.
  • Operate service vehicles and manage materials.
  • Provide guidance to helpers; assist in other trades when required.
  • Complete additional related tasks as assigned.



REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship as an electrician; OR full journey status as an electrician in a union; OR four years applicable work experience.
  • Vocational training may be substituted for work experience on a year-for-year basis. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operators license may be required.

Pay Range Minimum:

$81636.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum:

$108792.00 annual

Other Compensation:

$3000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible new employees
