Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform Service calls (Troubleshooting) notify customer when on-site status and departure.

2. Provide information for services or projects that require BIDS/Estimates.

3. Maintain assigned vehicle. (Stock/Inventory)

4. Fuel service vehicle. As required.

5. Manage projects (as assigned)

6. Supervise Apprentice/Helpers

7. Train Apprentice/Helpers/other Electricians (as needed)

8. Order and pick-up material for service jobs/projects. (as needed/requested)

9. Communicate with office staff regarding invoicing/estimates.

10. Maintain regulatory compliance with all applicable codes and regulations paying close attention to Permit requirements.

11. Develop and maintain a positive corporate image.

12. Performs other duties as assigned by the CEO/Management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school graduate with substantial postgraduate training and directly applicable experience in electrical utility systems.

2. Troubleshooting skills for Electrical and Low voltage

3. Five years of work experience in the trade of Electrical and Low voltage (Residential industrial and commercial)

4. Must have good communication skills both verbal and written with above average command of the English language.

5. Must be proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet computer software.

6. Must have the ability to foster and maintain a team oriented work environment.

7. Identify and resolve problems.
