Your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction through in-depth analysis of guest feedback lobby presence proactive service and anticipating guest needs
  • Preparing VIP arrivals and inspecting rooms
  • Managing and maintaining guest profiles
  • Direct communication with guests customers and colleagues across all channels and from all parts of the world
  • Ensuring maximum employee satisfaction
  • Coordinating and leading the operational shift
  • Training new team members
  • Conducting employee development conversations

Be able.

  • You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
  • You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
  • Youre eager to develop yourself every day learn new things and be part of a supportive and ambitious team
  • You remain calm and composed even in stressful situations
  • Youve already gained experience in a similar leadership position and/or have completed training in hotel management
  • Your communicative nature sets you apart and you feel very comfortable in both German and Englishany additional language is a plus
