Your key responsibilitiesinclude:
- Working with the management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel at all times
- Assumption of Manager on Duty services and tasks
- Cross-departmental project managementfor renovations and process optimizations
- Main contact personfor our national and international guests in all matters of guest service and satisfaction
- Participation in the achievement of targets in the areas of guest satisfaction as well as occupational safety and general hotel safety
- Processing and forwarding of complaintsand general information
- Safe action in emergency situations and close cooperation with the security department
- Administrative management of the Manager on Duty program
- Duty roster designand vacation planning
- Implementation of specialist trainingand further development of our employees
- Adherence to and implementation of our brand standards
Be able.
- Completed training in the hotel industry and first professional experience in the field of rooms or F&B.
- You already have some leadership experience to demonstrate sensitivity in dealing with people as a team player.
- You have a keen sense for the different needs of our diverse and demanding guests.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
- A competent and authoritative appearance.
- You are in the mood for a new challenge in one of the largest airport hotels in Europe.
- High level of initiative enjoyment of the profession and independent way of working.
