We are excited to offer a newly established position for a Marketing Coordinator at Endiprev. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of marketing initiatives content development and internal and external communication projects supporting our operations globally within the wind industry.
At Endiprev we work every day to make green energy more accessible by running our projects smarter and safer. As Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in strengthening our brand supporting business growth and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all channels.
The role can be based in Portugal at our Porto office.
THE ROLE
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan develop and execute online and offline marketing and advertising activities.
Create engaging product and service content including emails newsletters case studies videos website copy and blog posts to communicate the value of our services.
Optimise content for search engines and lead generation using tools such as workflows marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Coordinate with external partners such as designers web developers and video producers to develop and edit content.
Organise and support the companys participation in public events including international exhibitions conferences and recruitment fairs.
Ensure consistent brand usage across all departments and external partners in line with the brand guidelines.
Develop internal and external communication strategies in collaboration with the Business Development and Human Resources teams.
Manage and maintain the companys social media channels (e.g. Facebook LinkedIn).
Training and Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing (or to be completed within the next 6 months). Master would be a plus.
Good understanding of business and management principles.
English Level B2 (minimum; will be assessed during the recruitment process); Other languages are a plusStrong IT skills.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Optional Training and Experience
Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk tools (e.g. Freshdesk) or issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAGE X3 Business Central).
Knowledge of version control systems (SVN Git etc.).
