Role Overview

We are looking for anExpert Analyst Developerwith strong experience inVBA and Microsoft Accessto join aProximity Applications teamwithin a large international IT organization.

This role is focused on thedesign development maintenance and evolution of office automation and proximity applications directly supporting business lines and functional teams. You will work in adynamic cross-functional environment dealing withsensitive and high-impact topics includingIT risk remediation and Shadow IT reduction.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business needsand conduct feasibility studies prior to development initiatives

Design application solutionsaligned with global IT architecture standards and norms

Estimate workloadand validate development effort and timelines

Develop and deliver solutionsmeeting quality cost performance and deadline expectations

Performtechnical functional and non-regression testing

Providetechnical supportto teams regarding application behavior constraints and evolution possibilities

Ensure continuousskills developmentwithin your scope (new projects perimeter extensions)

Propose technical and practical improvementsto existing solutions

Actively contribute toIT risk remediation especially related toShadow ITinitiatives
