As a part of our Kitchen Team you help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our culinary staff youll be preparing delicious high-quality dishes contributing to menu development and ensuring food is presented at its best.

What youll be doing:

• Preparing dishes in accordance with the procedures routines and profitability goals that have been established.
• Daily mise en place for a la carte lunch and dinner.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

This is a permanent / temporary position for 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Is this you

• Experienced from culinary education formal training or kitchen experience
• Flexible and reliable with enthusiasm for food and service
• Good communicator with attention to detail
• Comfortable multi-tasking and making decisions independently

• Extensive hotel kitchen or restaurant experience.
• Turning challenges into opportunities managing multiple tasks and keeping high standards even when things get tough.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
