The opportunity

Join EYs Technology Consulting practice as a Manager in our Technology Strategy Transformation team focused on the retail sector. Youll help leading retailers navigate technology transformation drive innovation and deliver value across diverse retail environments.

This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.

Your key responsibilities

  • Engage directly with retail organizations to understand their technology needs and challenges.
  • Advise on technology strategies that address the unique differences between various retail segments such as grocery and fashion.
  • Support business case development and deployment planning for transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions spanning multiple technologies.
  • Lead enterprise technology transformation projects guiding clients through the selection and implementation process.
  • Contribute to project launches and ongoing client engagements.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong technology acumen with experience working across a range of platforms and solutions.
  • Experience engaging with clients and driving transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the retail industry with the ability to speak intelligently about sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to design and implement enterprise systems (ERP OMS POS) across full project lifecyclefrom requirements through deployment and stabilization in retail organizations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideally youll also

  • Have previous consulting experience (preferred but not required).
  • Bring industry experience from leading retail organizations.
  • Be bilingual in English/French (preferred but not required).

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity education relevant experience knowledge and applicable skill sets.

    • Toronto : $110000 to $160000
    • Ottawa : $104500 to $154500
