Your key responsibilities will be to:
Collaborate with Pathway Coaches to deliver tailored support to parents.
Build strong relationships with parents to encourage early engagement and sustained participation.
Lead the design and delivery of group training sessions in literacy numeracy communication digital literacy and employability.
Innovate and implement strategies to enhance parent engagement.
Share insights into the local job market to support employment outcomes.
Ensure program quality through accurate record-keeping and adherence to operational procedures.
Requirements for Success
Diploma-level qualifications in Community Services Employment Services Career Counselling Health or a related field.
Proven experience supervising and coaching team members.
Strong administrative skills and attention to compliance.
Background in Family Services Workforce Australia or case management.
Experience supporting vulnerable individuals including through lived experience.
Excellent communication interpersonal and IT skills.
Professional collaborative approach with flexibility to travel and support regional program needs.
Hold a Current NSW full Drivers Licence.
Before starting work with us you will need to undertake a national police history check qualifications and referee checks and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
