The Communications Specialist is assigned to the Content Production Division (DCCD) within the Department of Communications and Knowledge Management (DOCK). The position will be based at our Headquarters in Manila Philippines and relocation is required. All reasonable relocation expenses will be covered.
You will report to the Director DCCD and may junior team members.
As Communications Specialist you will support content curation and content governance (overall coverage breadth and depth) of DOCK-managed websites to help ensure high quality audience-centric ADB digital content. This will include responsibility for ensuring the accuracy functionality and consistency of DOCK-led web platforms. You will oversee content updates coordinate with cross-functional teams conduct quality checks and monitor content performance across all digital platforms to support delivery of a reliable and engaging online experience.
ADB offers a rewarding salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary will be based on ADBs standards and comparator markets taking into account your qualifications and experience.
This appointment is open to internal and external applicants.
This is a fixed-term appointment for an initial fixed period of 3 years. At the end of the initial period this appointment may at the option of ADB be extended once for up to 2 years converted to a regular appointment or ended on its expiration date. This decision will be made in the overall interest of ADB that: (a) it will require Staffs particular blend of skills and experience in the foreseeable future; and (b) Staffs performance is satisfactory and they are suitable for further employment.
