- Serve as a first point of contact for clients in person by phone and via email
- Provide administrative and clerical support to mortgage and insurance staff
- Assist with document preparation scanning filing and record maintenance
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support office operations to ensure a professional and efficient workplace
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Word Excel etc.) and Adobe for daily tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information
- Prior office or administrative experience required
- Experience in client services or customer-facing roles strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe products required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Reliable punctual and able to work consistently 9AM 4:30 PM MondayFriday
- Experience in mortgage insurance or financial services is a plus (but not required)
- $50000 base annual salary
- $3000-$10000 annual bonus opportunities
