Job Details
This role is in support of Cencoras global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business. This is a physical product management role focused on cold chain packaging and logistics.
The Role:
What youll be doing:
It is not a software or Agile-delivery role.
Youll be managing physical packaging products used in healthcare logistics where packaging quality and handling has a critical impact on how patients and sites of care receive life-changing treatment.
Youll work with different suppliers and manufacturers engaging with operations teams from the senior to new joiner level to implement packaging solutions across the world.
Youll forge strong relationships with our global Marketing and Finance teams to deliver on commercial goals and design customer-facing messaging.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Portfolio development Support evaluation and onboarding of new vendors and packaging solutions at a global and regional level; work with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial operational and quality objectives are met
Project management Drive management and execution of specific packaging-specific initiatives including product launches operational enhancements and vendor change implementation
Portfolio support Create and maintain key resources used to position packaging products with customers including technical operational and marketing documentation
Account support Provide second-line support to key customers working closely with Sales and Customer Services to offer technical and subject matter area input

Qualifications
Education:Bachelors degree
Experience:
Experience working on physical products supply chains logistics manufacturing or operations-heavy environments is strongly preferred; knowledge of healthcare or packaging is a plus.
Candidates from pure software PM roles should demonstrate clear interest in and understanding of physical products.
Skills: Essential
Systems thinking mindset with the ability to understand and optimize interconnected deliverables and processes
Independent problem-solver who can take ownership of specific deliverables and drive progress where detailed step by step instructions dont exist
Strong verbal and written communication skills; can convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
Ability to build strong relationships across global teams and different organizational functions
Analytical with a structured data-driven approach to decision-making
Comfort working in a fast-moving logistics environment and adapting to evolving priorities
Skills: Nice to have
Understands data and software management processes; can interface with IT and data science teams
Understanding of GMP GDP and the pharma development life cycle
