Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a passionate Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position focused on building robust digital solutions that transform customer engagements. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of digital journeys for a global clientele.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) for backend development ensuring reliable and scalable server-side applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript (Mandatory skill) to create dynamic interactive and responsive web interfaces.
• Expertise in React (Mandatory skill) for efficient development of reusable front-end components and seamless user experiences.
• Good understanding of Core Java concepts including object-oriented design data structures and multithreading in real-world applications.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs to design develop and integrate scalable backend services in modern enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with MongoDB including schema design CRUD operations and data modeling for high-performance document-oriented databases.
• Experience working in Agile Methodologies collaborating in cross-functional teams sprint planning and adapting to iterative project changes.
• Proven ability to handle teams provide technical mentorship delegate tasks effectively and support junior developers in achieving project objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop scalable full stack applications ensuring seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end infrastructure.
• Design build and maintain modern user-friendly features using React and JavaScript aligned with business requirements and UI/UX best practices.
• Implement backend functionality in Java integrate with various third-party APIs and backend systems to enable digital business processes.
• Create test and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient communication between data sources messaging platforms and user interfaces.
• Leverage MongoDB to design database schemas manage data integrity and support scalable transaction flows across customer journeys.
• Work closely with product managers UI/UX designers and QA teams to deliver quality-driven software in an Agile development environment.
• Mentor and support junior developers assisting with problem-solving code reviews and technical guidance as needed for team growth.
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems continuously seeking ways to improve application speed reliability and maintainability.
