Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute the analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles
• Developing in-depth knowledge of a finite element analysis (FEA) as it applies to mechanical stress analysis
• Contribute to the engineering design of some of the most advanced aerospace systems from idea through flight.
• Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve engineering problems.
• Able to communicate results clearly to peers leadership and the customer.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and 6 plus years of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and or/mechanical design

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
