Job Description
As OSP Planner at NTS Singapore you are responsible for planning coordinating and controlling all outsourced manufacturing and service provider activities. You ensure that subcontracted machining special processes external assembly repair and rework activities are fully aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Acting as the central point of coordination between Planning Purchasing Logistics Quality and external service providers you ensure material readiness capacity alignment and on-time return of externally processed parts and assemblies.
Furthermore your key responsibilities are:
Translate MPS and customer demand into outsourced service provider (OSP) requirements and job releases
Create manage and prioritize OSP work orders and subcontract purchase orders
Ensure material and kit completeness before dispatch to subcontractors preventing partial kitting
Align OSP demand with subcontractor capacity and lead times identifying risks early
Track WIP turnaround time and delivery status of all parts at subcontractors
Escalate delays with clear recovery actions to protect production schedules
Coordinate pricing documentation certifications and quality requirements with internal teams
Job Requirements
37 years of experience in production planning subcontracting coordination or supply chain operations
Proven experience working with outsourced processors or subcontract manufacturers
Strong understanding of MRP routings and subcontracting flows
ERP proficiency (Navision or equivalent preferred)
Strong coordination follow-up and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple vendors and competing priorities simultaneously
Clear and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders
