- Drive the development and execution of HR strategies offering creative and effective solutions that align with business priorities.
- Analyze business goals and recommend innovative policies procedures or approaches for continuous improvement in productivity employee engagement and HR effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations cases conducting thorough investigations in accordance with Oracles ethics and values.
- Lead and support a variety of special projects collaborating cross-functionally as needed.
- Generate analyze and present reports related to key stages of the employee lifecycle empowering the business to make informed data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide guidance training and potential mentorship to other HR team members.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualification/Skills:
- Post graduation in Management with 8 plus years experience as HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role preferably in a large complex and fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR initiatives to broader organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and consulting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
- Project management experience or exposure to leading HR projects.
- Commitment to upholding corporate ethics values and compliance standards.
