Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Hunter to drive net new business in the Insurance vertical. This role is focused on acquiring new clients and expanding Brillios footprint in the Life P&C Specialty Insurance domains. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with deep insurance domain knowledge to position Brillios digital transformation services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

    • Hunting & Acquisition: Drive net new client acquisition (80%) and growth in dormant/existing accounts (20%). Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for Insurance vertical.
    • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Insurance domain offerings.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through lead generation prospecting and networking.
    • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting presentations RFI/RFP responses negotiations and deal closure.
    • Client Engagement:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with CxO-level executives at target insurance firms.
    • Act as a trusted advisor leveraging domain expertise to position Brillios solutions.
    • Collaboration & Enablement:
    • Work closely with presales delivery and practice teams to craft compelling proposals.
    • Partner with BFSI leadership to create IP solutions and thought leadership in Insurance.

Desired Skills & Experience

    • Sales Expertise: 1215 years of experience in IT services sales with a proven track record in hunting new business. Demonstrated success in selling Digital Transformation Cloud Data Analytics and Product Engineering services.
    • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Insurance industry (Life P&C Specialty) Insurtech trends regulatory landscape and emerging models like embedded insurance and usage-based insurance.
    • Familiarity with platforms like Guidewire and Duck Creek is a plus.
    • Hunting mindset and evidence of client acquisition is a major qualifier.

    • Other Requirements:
    • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles (612 months) and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology. MBA is preferred.

$175000 - $205000 a year
