Position Overview:

The Automotive Parts Runner & Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting repair operations by ensuring accurate inventory control timely parts sourcing and efficient warehouse management. This role works closely with technicians vendors and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels coordinate logistics and ensure the availability of OEM parts. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent internal customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive store and distribute automotive parts
• Maintain inventory records using Tekion our DMS platform
• Source OEM parts and work with vendors on pricing and availability
• Monitor stock levels and support demand planning
• Assist with shipping receiving and logistics documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Work closely with technicians to ensure parts availability
• Provide excellent internal customer service

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive parts warehouse or supply chain roles
• Knowledge of OEM parts and auto repair processes
• Familiarity with DMS or similar inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods
