What Youll Do
- Oversee all finance and accounting functions including AP AR and GL.
- Lead and develop a team of three accountants.
- Manage financial reporting for multiple entities and funds.
- Ensure compliance and serve as the primary contact for audits.
- Present monthly quarterly and annual reporting to the executive team.
- Drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of accounting experience including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required; SAGE experience or conversion a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align finance with organizational goals.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
