What Youll Be Doing
- Perform quality control testing on aggregate materials to ensure compliance with specifications
- Collect prepare and analyze material samples using standardized testing procedures
- Accurately document report and communicate test results to operations and leadership teams
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality trends and variations
- Maintain testing equipment and follow all safety and quality protocols
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability to perform material testing and interpret results accurately
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
- Ability to follow standardized testing methods and procedures consistently
- Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a production environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
